City of Cincinnati Ordinance
In October 2016, the City of Cincinnati enacted ordinance no. 329-2016 for the safety of those that use fire escapes as a means of egress. According to the ordinance, all fire escapes must be periodically inspected by a licensed professional engineer or architect. Requirements and deadlines are based on the age of the building. How It Works / What We Do
Contact Nick or Eric to schedule a Cincinnati fire escape inspection. As licensed structural engineers, we will inspect the fire escape for condition and provide a written report and completed fire escape inspection application for you to submit to the City of Cincinnati.
